Our story

Outdoor Studios was founded with a simple mission: to be the UK's most reliable garden building designer and installer. Not the cheapest, and not the biggest — the best at turning the bottom of a garden into a room people genuinely use every day.

The way we use our homes has changed for good. Working from home, training at home, running a business from home, or simply needing somewhere of your own — the garden has become the most valuable unused space most people have. A well-built garden room adds usable space and value without the cost, mess and planning headaches of an extension.

Our approach

We focus exclusively on garden buildings — garden rooms, offices, gyms, studios, lodges, annexes and bespoke designs. That depth of focus means our teams know these structures inside out: properly insulated for year-round use, correctly damp-proofed and ventilated, and finished to a standard that still looks right in twenty years.

What we build

Garden rooms and offices, gyms and yoga studios, garden bars and lounges, self-contained annexes and lodges, and fully bespoke designs drawn from scratch to your site and taste. Timber-frame and SIP construction, a wide choice of cladding finishes, full electrics with Part-P certification, glazing, heating and insulation specified for all-year use.

Where we work

UK-wide. We design and install across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, working to the same standards everywhere with one point of contact from first survey to handover.
